Consider, if you will - a nicer model Alvarez classical. Really well-made, came in on trade. (I'm a poet, and I now know it.) All we had to do was change the strings and shine it up. There is no damage to speak of and very little signs of age. Still plays and sounds great! 

As always, we cleaned it up, polished the finish, flushed the electronics (if applicable), changed the strings, performed all routine maintenance and set the action low and smooth. All of our packages are packed tight enough to survive the apocalypse and we insure every parcel for the full purchase amount.
