Notes: Here is a bass I built that I am SUPER proud of, probably just best to list out the specs and finer details. 

-Pine body, custom made. Not sure who made it, it was traded in to me in raw form and I used polyshades to do a thin poly coat in Barnside Red. 

-Roasted maple neck. Mighty Mite or similar aftermarket. I relic'd it, added a new bone nut and did a little bit of fretwork to make it playable. 

-Artec Ferrite high output humbucker, wired with tap. The full HB sounds like a Stingray, think Geezer Butler, and the tap sounds like the neck position of a J-bass. Makes it a surprisingly versitle bass. Wired with CTS pots, orange drop cap. 

-Medium Density All Parts Bridge. 1980s MIK tuners. 

-Thumbrest hand carved out of a 120+ year old piano white key. 

-Vintage piano wingnut straplocks 

All comes together into one unique and sweet bass!

As always, we cleaned it up, polished the finish, flushed the electronics, changed the strings, performed all routine maintenance and set the action low and smooth. All of our packages are packed tight enough to survive the apocalypse and we insure every parcel for the full purchase amount.
