Grover "Milk Bottle / Smoker's Teeth" Fender Pat. Pending Pearl 3x3 10mm Tuners (1960s - Chrome)
Here is something you don't see every day!
1960s Grover Rotomatic Tuners - for being 60 years old they are in fantastic shape. They have been recently cleaned and oiled and all tuners function and hold tune better than some modern tuners.
These are also some of the rarest Grovers out there. The Pearl keys are rare. The "Milk Bottle" or "Smoker's Teeth" style is rare. The Fender "F" with the "Pat. Pending..." stamp make them EXTREMELY rare. They were found on the high end California series acoustics & semi-hollows of the 1960s - Coronado, Shenandoah 12, etc
The other strange thing is that they are Fender stamped tuners, but they are 3x3. We have only been able to find these tuners in 6-in-line, for what I think should be pretty self-explanatory reasons. AGAIN: THESE TUNERS ARE 3X3, 10 MM.
Not sure exactly what model these were destined for - if anyone knows, slide into those DMs and let me know. My guess is maybe a Marauder, or a Fender Acoustic. Comes with the original vintage mounting screws, but I also included some modern screws. The original screws are still usable, but are starting to strip out from 60 years of use, so I included some modern ones that I got straight from Gibson Custom Shop.
A must have for your restoration - if ya need it, ya need it!
