Italian / European Made Classical Guitar Neck (1960s Natural)

Here for sale is a classical neck that I believe to be made in Italy or Europe. Eko, Vox or Framus, maybe. Either way, fun for a project or restoration.
Not sure what the staining is around the 12th fret, possbile some paint or water discoloration. Doesn't seem to be affecting functionality.
