Welcome to the Dial Tones shop! I convert vintage rotary phones into effects pedals.

This is a custom build of my onboard fuzz model. This includes an onboard 4 stage fuzz/distortion powered by 9v battery, a lofi telephone microphone that I converted the receiver into, a handset cradle killswitch and a working dial stutter effect that is connected to 1/4 inch in and out jacks. This can be used as a recording studio tool or in a live setting. The 1/4 inch jacks allow you to connect this in a pedal chain if desired or it can be manipulated in the box with whatever daw you’re using to record with.

The lofi microphone in this build has a microphone out, so it can be plugged into an amp, interface or DI box. I love using the microphone for lofi vocals, snare top, room or crush mic. The dial stutter effect sounds especially wonderful when stacked with fuzz/distortion/delay and other modulations.
