"You never know what will come through the door"
Recently, a gentleman in a nice suit walked in and handed us a pedal. I asked what he wanted to do with it, and he asked if we would put it in the store. I thought maybe he was a distributor or something until he started talking about the work he did on this pedal called JAMMY. His name is Dean Edwards. The suit threw me off - turns out he had just left a job interview.
We plugged this pedal into our Glarry practice amp (because if it sounds good through the Glarry, it will sound great in a real amp) and we were blown away. JAMMY is a Marshall-type (DC-800ish) overdrive pedal that packs a mean punch! We tested it through a nicer cab combo (EHX Abrams and small Port City cab) and lost about an hour passing the guitar around to play through this thing.
Controls - Gain, Volume, & a Tone knob with an insane amount of range.
Dean is another local soldering wizard mountain man with no internet presence. He offered to put his phone number on the box in case someone needed to talk to him or had an issue. I hope he at least gets an Instagram soon because more people need to hear this thing.
