CONSIGNMENT - This guitar comes in on consinment from a widow who owned a music store in another state, but recently moved nearby. Like all my considnments, it is being sold "as described," regardless of condition. (See my shop policies for more info.) 

Here for sale is the infamous Mark Erlewine Chiquita Travel Guitar, as prominenly featured in Back to the Future. Mark Erlewine is the guy who takes care of Trigger for Willie Nelson, as I understand it. Mark is also the cousin of Dan Erlewine who is the current head tech at StewMac, and a legend among guitar techs and luthiers, so there is a lot of luthiery history in this guitar. 

Plays great - like a lot better than you would expect. Totally playable as a gigging guitar (just ask Marty McFly), and is honestly just a fun little conversation piece. This one is in great shape, there is a little chip in the "forearm" area, but it is pretty clean other than that. 

As always, we cleaned it up, polished the finish, flushed the electronics (if applicable), changed the strings, performed all routine maintenance and set the action low and smooth. All of our packages are packed tight enough to survive the apocalypse and we insure every parcel for the full purchase amount.
