Set-up & Playability: Plays great for a twelve. Very decent action in the low end, gets a little higher past the 12th fret, but still playable and most people will not be playing up there anyway.

Here for sale is a Sigma (by Martin) Dreadnought twelve string. It had seen better days when it came in - nut was crumbling apart, saddle was chipped up. The saddle was savable, I was able to relevel it back enough to get it to sit. I had to completely replace the nut - new one is bone. Guitar should be good to go for decades to come - it is one of the more agreeable-playing twelves in the shop right now. 

As always, we cleaned it up, polished the finish, flushed the electronics (if applicable), changed the strings, performed all routine maintenance and set the action low and smooth. All of our packages are packed tight enough to survive the apocalypse and we insure every parcel for the full purchase amount.
