Haggtronix Dance Macabre V2 (2023 - Grey)

Jack's Guitarcheology is the FIRST Haggtronix dealer!

Haggtronix pedals and devices are handwired in Nashville, TN by soldering guru Paul Haggard. Paul specializes in LOUD and THICK fuzzes and distortions, custom noisemaker instruments and vintage-correct recreations of long-dead pedals. There are demos of all of Haggtronix pedals on their Instagram: @haggtronix

THE DANCE MACABRE V2! -- This contraption might LOOK like a guitar pedal, but it is not...it is an instrument forged by Satan's undead army right in the belly of hell. Have you ever wondered, "What would it sound like if Hieronymus Bosch made music too?" This thing basically serves as everything from background for your "Rain Dogs" inspired tribute album, to your own private John Carpenter in a box.

If you are wondering, "Jack, daf*q are you talking about?" Let me spell it out in a bit simpler terms:

This is a noise box. It is composed of tuned tines, a spring on either side and two phalangeal springs on top. The box contains a piezo contact system that pickups up taps on the box. So, you can pop the springs against the box, hit the box with coins or metallic objects, run guitar picks down the sides of the springs, hit the tines with your thumbs, really the noises you can make are really up to your own imagination. The V2 features more noisemaking fun with added noisemakers!

AND THAT WOULD BE COOL ENOUGH.....but Paul (being the mad scientist that he is) added some effects:

DELAY - Standard delay circuit that can be triggered on and off. You have control of the delay's Mix, Time and Repeat.

FUZZ - A standard one knob fuzz pedal that can be triggered on and off with a switch on the side.

HOLD - Holds the delay out indefinitely until it crescendos into a cacophony of noise. The hold is controlled by a momentary arcade style button. (NOTE: in the stock photo pictured, the hold button is on the front. On the latest models, the arcade button is smaller and on top of the device.)

What you are left with is a unique and hellish device that will sure to make you stand out on a four band bill. This thing is a conversation starter, and if you turn it up loud enough....a conversation/friendship ender.

Got questions? Shoot me a message, I love nerding out with other gearheads!
