T-Style Neck-Through Electric Guitar - Unknown Builder (2010s - Natural)
Model: T-Style Neck-Thru Partscaster, Unknown Builder
Finish: Natural "Hippie Sandwich"
Set-up & Playability: SURPRISING, amazing player - this thing plays like a $2k-$3k guitar, whoever built it did a great job.
Case: None
Notes: One of the most unique and coolest consignments Rambo has ever brought us.
This is a really rad T-Style partscaster of unknown origin. It has quality woods and quality parts and it plays like guitars two to three times the pricetag. This seems like not a one off, but from a small hobbyist builder who has built more than one or two. The luthier who crafted this instrument did a truly remarkable job. I played this thing for a good minute, it is a real player's guitar. The action is super low and the guitar feels well worn in, but not beat to hell.
This one is in on consignment from my largest consignor, let's call him Rambo, as he prefers to remain anon. Rambo is a local collector and audio engineer / producer. I think I currently have about 20 of his guitars on consignment; and he keeps bringing more in every week. It is all good stuff so I have trouble saying "no" to Rambo -- also he is a pretty competent tech; so his gear is well maintained. Like all my consignments, this one is being sold "as described" regardless of condition.
As always, we cleaned it up, polished the finish, flushed the electronics, changed the strings, performed all routine maintenance and set the action low and smooth. All of our packages are packed tight enough to survive the apocalypse and we insure every parcel for the full purchase amount.
Got questions? Shoot me a message, I love nerding out with other gearheads!
