Jack's Guitarcheology is now a PROUD dealer of K. Butler Guitars.

If you are unaware of the man, the myth, the legend K. Butler, he has quite an impressive resume. He worked for Gibson for a number of years before basically establishing and spearheading the First Act Custom Shop during its heyday, as well as, designing a lot of the import First Act models that were sold in WalMarts, Sam's Clubs, Best Buys, etc across the country.

That is actually where I come into this story. Showing my age a bit here, but I was a pre-teen to teen in the early 2000s and where I grew up in rural Kentucky, the closest thing we had to a guitar store was the First Act isle at WalMart. Some of the first "dimestore" guitars I played, modified or worked on were First Acts designed by K. Butler. This experience played an intrigal part of where I am today, so getting to work with Kelly now is really a dream come true for me (Jack) and the rest of the staff here at Jack's Guitarcheology.

Now, on to the guitar: This is a guitar that Kelly and I conferred on the specs so it would be a "Jack's Guitarcheology Special." I might be a little biased, but this thing rips. Plays like a dream and looks just SICK af. This was always one of my favorite of the K. Bulter shapes.

Specs:

-Alder Body, Sonic Surf finish

-Wilkinson Blade Bridge

-Deluxe Gig Bag
