Fender Precision Bass w/ HSC & Case Candy (1979 - Sienna Burst)
Model: 1979 Precision Bass
Finish: Siennaburst
Set-up & Playability: Incredible! One of the best P-Bass I have ever played
Case: Tweed G&G Hardshell (1997 model)
Notes: Comes with original hangtags and case candy!!! Jack was replaced in the 90s - other than that, it is bone stock down to the bridge & pickups covers and thumbrest. This is seriously one of the cleanest 1970s P-basses I have ever seen. This one comes in from a local lady who inherited it from her uncle who recently passed away. She said he took immaculate care of it and it shows - he was not the first owner, but owned the bass since 1997. This one is in a really RARE color for this era - most bursts in this time were traditional 3 tone. It is currently set up with flatwound strings.
Looking for a light bass? Keep looking! I didn't get an exact weight, but it is probably in the ~10 lbs range. Looking for a bass that sounds amazing and looks great doing it? This is your guy.
As always, we cleaned it up, polished the finish, performed all routine maintenance and set the action low and smooth. All of our packages are packed tight enough to survive the apocalypse and we insure every parcel for the full purchase amount.
Got questions? Shoot me a message, I love nerding out with other gearheads!
