Introducing Lazarus Guitars from Jack's Guitarcheology!

Lazarus Guitars are upcycled guitars that use yesteryear's best guitar parts to build new unique guitars & basses for today's players. Often in our guitarcheological work, we will find guitar parts that just "have it." We take the best of these parts and rework, refinish and / or redo them into one-of-a-kind projects such as the one you see here. 

Each Lazarus project is themed, this one is Bullitt Green, so we named it "STEVE" for the late, great fastest demon on four wheels, Steve McQueen. (See it's Saint (S-Style) partner "McQueen" also available in our online store.) 

Here is the nitty gritty:

• Alder Body, Acrylic Bullitt Green, Light Medium Relic 
• 1 pc. Roasted Maple Neck. This is a more modern neck, several months ago I bought a large factory / pallet buyout of half-finished guitar parts. This is one of those necks. We had to do a good bit of fretwork, but it is really solid now, plays well and has a nice chunky C profile. 
• Wilkinson P-Style Split Pickup, High Performance Electronics (CTS, Orange Drop) 
• Fender Vintage Pressed Bridge 
• Gotoh Ultra Lite Tuners (Black)
• Half Guard
• Stringjoy Strings & good pro set up 

As always, we cleaned it up, polished the finish, flushed the electronics, changed the strings, performed all routine maintenance and did anything this guitar needed to play the absolute best it can. All of our packages are packed tight enough to survive the apocalypse and we insure every parcel for the full purchase amount.
