FROM SWEETWATER:
Meet Martin Era phosphor bronze acoustic guitar strings, a bold evolution in acoustic string design for players who crave exceptional tone and effortless feel. Engineered to capture the best of Martin’s legendary craftsmanship and modern innovation, this special artist light version was developed in collaboration with six-time Grammy winner Jason Isbell. These signature strings retain the Era’s Lifespan corrosion protection and silk-wrapped ball ends but replace the Flexible Core construction with a more traditional SP core to match Jason’s signature sound. Sweetwater acoustic players reach for Era strings when they want that broken-in warmth right out of the pack. Rich and resonant, Era strings deliver vibrant mids, crisp highs, and smooth playability that feels alive under your fingers. Whether you’re recording delicate fingerstyle or driving a dreadnought hard onstage, Martin Era strings make every note sing with timeless character.
