Set-up & Playability: Action is great down in the cowboy chord area. Gets fairly high down by the 8 or 9th fret - like most of these MIJ acoustics, this guitar could benefit from a neck reset, but it is FAR from the worst I have seen. It still plays pretty comfortably most of the way up the neck.

Here for sale is a Matsumoku made Fender acoustic 12 string. This one is super remarkable for the quality of the spruce top and the rosewood back, sides and mahogany neck. This one has pretty low action and plays pretty well given the age of the guitar.

As always, we cleaned it up, polished the finish, flushed the electronics, changed the strings, performed all routine maintenance and set the action low and smooth. All of our packages are packed tight enough to survive the apocalypse and we insure every parcel for the full purchase amount.
