Set-up & Playability: Pretty standard for a 30 year old twelvey, action is raised slightly from a standard 6, but it is still very playable.

Notes: Official Opryland Prop - I bought this guitar some time ago from a square dancer who worked for Opryland and the Grand Ole Opry over the years. It is stamped on the back of the headstock. 

Other than that, it is just a well-made Epiphone acoustic in solid condition. It is still pretty clean, no damage to speak of. Cool little piece of country music memoribilia and a fun guitar to play.

As always, we cleaned it up, polished the finish, flushed the electronics (if applicable), changed the strings, performed all routine maintenance and set the action low and smooth.
