Vintage AP&M Co Stevens Tonebar (1970s - Steel)

Here for sale is a vintage AP&M Stevens tonebar without the patent number stamped on the side. It seems to be newer than the others in our collection. I think it's probably from the 1970s.

The slide is in good shape for its age. It's lightly scratched up from use with a few deeper scratches, but no significant damage to speak of. The metal is still shiny with almost no patina.

Weight: 5.3 oz
Length: 2 13/16"

The Stevens tonebar does not have a flat surface - it is curved all the way across. It is said to have better sustain than a flat bar and better control than a bullet bar.

It turns out that vintage tonebar history is hard to track down. If you know more about this guy, shoot me a message!
